Wayne Reitz Union's various indoor and outdoor facilities, totaling more than 40,000 sq. ft., provide venues for many different types of events such as meetings, lectures, conferences, banquets, and dances. By combining a large number of room options with various layouts, each event at the Reitz Union is specific and unique. Our experienced staff is ready to provide guidance and suggestions to help ensure the success of your event.
Student Organizations and University Departments
Student organizations must check with their executive board to see if they have completed the required Authorized Contact Form, before submitting their reservation. Departments are strongly encouraged to complete this form, identifying those that are allowed to make reservations.
