STREET: Urban photography by Camille Mattison, UF student, opens on July 17th and runs until July 28th. A reception will be held on July 21st from 7-9pm, refreshments served.
Most of my pictures deal with objects and people you see everyday
whenever you go out. I like to get up close and zoom in on
objects.. or find things to take pictures of in everyday scenes
based on the lighting or anything else that may make the ordinary
more interesting. It all depends on the moment because no scene is
ever the same from one hour to the next.. something obvious like
the shadow or lighting in the scene may change the next time you
walk by it..or you might be more interested in one object in a
scene and focus in on that the first time and then notice
something completely different about the same scene the next time
you come accross it.
