Student Organization Officer Training

Officer Training sessions provide organization officers and members with detailed information on how to be successful within their organization. The Center for Student Involvement strongly encourages officers to participate in the training sessions to maximize their contributions to their organizations. (Non-officers are also welcome to attend and will also benefit from the training provided.)

The next Student Organization Officer Training Day will be held on September 9, 2007 in the Reitz Union. If your e-board was unable to attend the Spring 2007 day it is highly encouraged that you participate in this session. Additional details, regarding registration, topics and times will be available by the end of Summer B.

Please note the Department of Student Activities and Involvement will also be hosting workshops on program permitting and program planning during Summer B. This workshop will be mandatory for student organizations who plan on utilizing student government funds to put on programs and did not attend the Spring 2007 training day. If you have any additional questions do not hesitate to contact the Center for Student Involvement at 352-392-1671.
