Every registered student organization at UF is required to have a faculty advisor. To be a faculty advisor, one must be a full-time, salaried employee at the University of Florida who will not be on leave of absence during any part of their term as advisor.
Faculty advisors must provide the Center for Student Involvement with their UFID number to verify eligibility and for campus compliance with the Clery Act.
