The Studio

Projects

The Studio has a breadth of projects for many to enjoy: painting t-shirts, acryllic painting on canvas, polaroid transfers, paper clay, button making, beading jewelry, and soap and paper making. Relax and explore your creative side while our trained staff assist you in your craft of choice.

Bisqueware Glazing

Come and paint a wide range of bisqueware items! From teapots to travel mugs, from sushi plates to sake cups, you're bound to find something fun to work on. Cost of the piece is the only price you pay with unlimited access to a variety of glazes and kiln firing. We offer group rates for those interested in getting in touch with their creative side! Papermaking

Create one of a kind handmade paper at the Studio! Starting with a pulp base, you can color, shape, and spice up your paper with glitter, flowers, and more!

Polaroid transfer

A creative and unique way to display your slides and photos. Transfer an image from photo paper to just about anything!

Drawing and painting

Use the Studio as an open studio. We sell a variety of canvasses, drawing, and other specialty papers. Drawing sets and acrylics are also available.

Jewelry making and beading

We have a large selection of beads and clasps for you to make earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. If you are interested in more intensive jewelry making and casting classes, check out our leisure courses held in the Arts and Crafts Center, located in the Reitz Union basement.

Alternative Projects

Leisure courses and workshops are also available for other subject in the Studio, including drawing, watercolor painting, Polaroid transfer, and soap making! Come check us out!
